There are 10 muscle groups throughout our face and scalp. Unlike the muscles in other parts of our bodies, these muscle groups attach to bone and your skin, helping you to make millions of facial expressions. However, with time, the repetition of facial expressions causes lines and wrinkles on our face. These anti-aging face exercises will help tighten and tone your muscles and the overlying skin for a younger, firmer look.
