1. Standing Side Bend

How to do it:

Stand with your legs spread a little more than shoulder width apart. Keep your neck relaxed and bend to the right side. Get back to starting position and repeat the process. Next, perform the exercise in the same manner to the left side. You can do around 15 repetitions of 3 sets each.

2. Vertical Leg Crunches

Lie on your back with your legs straight up, placing your hands to the sides of your head. Lift your head and shoulders off the floor, lower your head and shoulders and repeat.

3. Twist Crunches

Lie supine on the floor with lower legs on bench or a small chair. Put your hands behind your neck or head. Now flex and twist waist to raise your upper torso from the floor to one side. Return to starting position and repeat to the opposite side while alternating twists.

4. Reverse Crunches

Reverse crunches is a moderate strength training exercise that helps to tone and tighten the muscles.

How to do it:

Lie on the floor with your palms facing down and bend your hips and knees to 90 degrees. Raise your hips off the floor and crunch them inward. Then pause, and slowly lower your legs until your heels are almost touching the floor.

5. Walking, running

Running or walking are also among the best ways to burn fat. It not only burns belly fat, but the fat all over the body. Simple things like jogging, swimming, walking and running increase metabolism, which in turn burns more calories and belly fat.
