The earlobe is the area most closely associated with the major parts of the body such as the head and heart. Massaging it can help promote a healthy heart and relieve tension in your head.
Massaging the earlobe can also help you get rid of headaches with only a few minutes of massaging each day.
Gently apply light pressure to your earlobes with your thumb or index finger. Then, rub the earlobes and move up the outer rim all the way to the top of your ear. Apply pressure gently and work your way back.
Do this for a few minutes and your face and body muscles should quickly relax.
